How long will it take for my chunky knit to be completed?

Chunky knits are made in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the day your order is placed for your knit to be completed. Once completed, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your knit to arrive.

How do I care for my chunky knit jacket?

Chunky knit jackets are low maintenance. They can be washed on a gentle setting in cold water. We suggest laying your jacket flat to dry.

What is the yarn made of?

Our chunky yarn is 100% vegan and made from Polyester. It is extremely soft yet durable. Guaranteed to keep you warm during the cold months.

Are there pickup options available?

If you are located in Chicago you have the option to place your order online and pickup in store. Location will be provided on the checkout screen.
